Tech Update: A better AutoSave experience has arrived
AutoSave is a convenient way to keep favorite products coming automatically. Today, we’re rolling out enhancements designed to make AutoSave easier for Consultants to manage – thanks to feedback you’ve shared with us.
What’s new
✅ Refreshed Next Order experience with a layout that looks and feels more like an order page
✅ Order subtotal and Personal Retail Sales total visibility (before tax and shipping)
✅ Clearer breakdown of promotional offers, Norwex discounts and Consultant discounts applied down to the item level, including add-on items
A few things to know
- Order totals reflect today’s pricing, promotions and inventory; final pricing, tax and shipping are calculated when the order processes
- These enhancements are available to Consultants in Back Office
- Customers will not see upcoming order totals
- To view customer subscriptions and expected order totals, go to Contacts > AutoSave in Back Office
This has been a long time coming – it was important to get it right. Our goal was to strike the right balance between showing you accurate pricing and totals based on today’s offers without overpromising what a future order will ultimately contain. We think this is the best balance of accuracy and transparency, and we’ll continue to build on it.
