If you were in the room, you felt it. If you weren’t, we want to share it with you now.

Psst… be sure to read to the end for fresh details on our upcoming events!
Hitting the road for the first time

Different backdrops. Same unforgettable energy. For the first time ever, Leadership Conference went on tour – making the experience accessible to more Consultants and giving everyone a chance to ignite their leadership journey. From Toronto’s fast-paced pulse and Calgary’s adventurous vibe, to Philadelphia’s legacy-rich streets, Nashville’s creative spark and Salt Lake City’s open-air inspiration, every stop empowered Consultants to lead boldly.

Beate Hjeltnes, Chief Executive Officer and Chairperson of the Board; Debbie Bolton, Co-Founder; Amy Cadora, Chief Mission and Marketing Officer; and Kelly Newcomer, Chief Sales Officer, appeared at all five conferences (either in person or virtually) for an inspiring executive panel – demonstrating their commitment to meeting Consultants where they are and personally supporting their businesses.
What about Dallas?
We wish we could have seen our Dallas attendees in person this weekend, but severe weather had other plans. But we’re here to connect with our Consultants, rain or shine – so we pivoted on a dime.
Many were able to join us for a virtual experience on January 24. Others will be joining us in February for the rescheduled in-person event, and we truly hope you’ll keep your plans to be there. With Brian Dill emceeing, Home Office Executives present both days, powerful training and even more Leaders now eligible to attend through February 1, this event is shaping up to be an incredible experience. We know the new dates may not work for everyone, and while a full refund is available by contacting Consultant Care by noon, CT, on January 27, we would absolutely love to see you in the room with us if you can make it.
Exclusive training to ignite your spark

Imagine stepping into a room packed with passionate Leaders just like you, diving into hands-on training, interactive workshops and tools you won’t find anywhere else. Every session was designed to help Consultants map out their goals, develop their plan and envision their potential every step of the way.
These sessions weren’t just presentations – they were the kind of experience that leaves you energized and deeply certain of how to develop your next Leaders and reach new heights together! Led by Home Office experts and Leaders just like you, each discussion broke down the exact steps to build successful Norwex businesses.
Here’s a look at the strategies that were shared:
How to earn with Norwex
Attendees uncovered the exact strategies top Leaders use to build a thriving Team and boost Personal Retail Sales, both of which maximize the Compensation Plan.
Recruiting and the Road to Team Coordinator (TC)
Leaders got a step-by-step roadmap to grow their Team through the four pillars of Parties, Recruiting, Onboarding and Leader Development. By turning action into major milestones, the Road to TC uncovers the secrets to developing your future Norwex stars and creating a strong, stable business.

The art of successful conversations
Participants discovered how experienced Leaders effortlessly turn conversations into trust, bookings, sales and New Consultants – the kind of skills that can transform your business with time and consistency.
Safe Haven Party
In this deep-dive workshop, Leaders learned how to leverage our Safe Haven Party as the core party to help people Norwex their home.
Glowing demos
Norwex Skin Care products easily spark interest and create opportunities to expand Norwex into more lives. Here, our top Leaders shared their secrets for showcasing our cleaner, safer, better skin care approach through product demonstrations customers love.
Consistency at every level
Better habits = better business growth. Participants learned the daily and weekly routines our most successful Leaders rely on to create steady, predictable growth at every level.
Hispanic growth vision
Our Nashville attendees enjoyed a special treat. Hispanic Market Regional Sales Manager Andres Aguirre, shared insider strategies for expanding Norwex’s reach within Hispanic communities, providing real-world examples and can’t-miss opportunities.
Leaders will have another chance to hear this powerful presentation when Andres brings it to the rescheduled Dallas Leadership Conference in February!
Testimonial speakers
Our testimonial speakers brought the heart of the event to life, sharing personal stories and honest insight into how Norwex has shaped their journeys. Through their experiences, Leaders were reminded of the real impact this business can have – not just on income, but on confidence, purpose and everyday life.
Up close with what’s coming next

Attendees didn’t just get a preview of our new products, they got true insider access. These Leaders were among the first to see what’s coming February 1, straight from the Norwex Product Team. Through expert-led sessions and behind-the-scenes insights, they walked away ready for the official launch in February’s Norwex News and the February 2 First of Month call.
Leaders in action: Our Build A Bike® community event

At every opportunity, we aim to leave the communities we visit better than we found them. Our Build A Bike event is a perfect example. Leaders rallied together for a fun Team-building experience designed to boost morale, foster collaboration – and, of course – make the world a better place.
Every bike we built was more than a gift – it was a reminder of how much impact a community can have when we work together. Each bike assembled goes to local kids in need through our amazing partner charities.
Here’s what we accomplished together:
- Philly: 12 bikes → Not My Child
- Nashville: 28 bikes → United Way of Southeast Tennessee
- Calgary: 9 bikes → The Gift of Christmas
- Toronto: 12 bikes → Starlight Children’s Foundation
- Salt Lake City: 7 bikes → YMCA
Dallas attendees will do this activity at the rescheduled event in February.

Celebrating those who ignite inspiration
Leadership Conference didn’t just recognize achievement, it ignited future success. As our top Leaders were celebrated, the energy was undeniable and the sense of accomplishment felt collective. We’re incredibly proud of these Leaders and the growth, momentum and inspiration they’ve sparked across our community.
