**Cancellation Policy/Refund Policy
- A 25% non-refundable fee is charged for cancellations made by October 15
- A 50% non-refundable fee is charged for cancellations made October 16 – November 30
- No refunds for cancellations after December 1, 2024
Important Recognition Dates:
Must promote to Senior Executive Sales Leader or above by Noon, CT., November 1, 2024, to be included in the Leadership Conference 2025 Event Program. All current Norwex Leader Career titles as of November 1, 2024 to be included in the Event Program.
- Must attend Leadership Conference 2025 in-person and December 1, 2024, at 11:59pm, CT to be eligible for the following on stage Top 5 recognition awards:
- Top 5 Business Builder Bonus Achiever*
- Top 5 Team Coordinator Development Leader*
- New Team Coordinators through Silver Senior Vice President Sales Leaders, who promoted since National Conference 2024*
- Pura Vida! Costa Rica Achievers*
*Must be registered to attend by 11:59pm, CST December 1, 2024 and attend to be recognized and receive all awards and recognition gifts. No awards will be shipped to consultants not attending in person.
