Norwex Foundation for a Brighter Future

Changing their World and Ours

A shout-out to nominating Consultant Joy Gardner, Vice President Sales Leader and 2023 Spirit of Generosity Award recipient.

Last year, the Norwex Foundation had the privilege of donating $2,000 to a school-based, one-on-one mentorship program called OHuddle. This program matches school-nominated students with adult volunteer mentors to empower each child with hope and enrich their community.

Norwex’s donation will be used this year for a special event called Prom Boutique: A Fairy Godmother Evolution. Not only will the funds donated be used to sponsor this event, each mentee participating in the program will be gifted a free, gently used dress. Upcycling old dresses keeps fabric out of landfills and allows for a longer garment life cycle.

All funds raised go directly to the WCSCC OHuddle program. With contributions and hard work from Consultants like you, the Norwex Foundation can continue to make important changes for a cleaner, safer and better planet and community.

For a streamlined process, we’re collecting information solely through the CCC and not on Facebook or through other sources. This will allow us to compile information in the fastest and most detailed way possible.

• Your name & Consultant ID
• Customer’s name and their email address
• Description of the issue you’re experiencing
• Device & browser info (phone – Android or iPhone; computer – specify browser)
• Order number if applicable
• Any extra information that could speed up the resolution process
• Screenshots and videos are also very helpful

Norwex Foundation for a Brighter Future

Changing their World and Ours

A shout-out to nominating Consultant Joy Gardner, Vice President Sales Leader and 2023 Spirit of Generosity Award recipient.

Last year, the Norwex Foundation had the privilege of donating $2,000 to a school-based, one-on-one mentorship program called OHuddle. This program matches school-nominated students with adult volunteer mentors to empower each child with hope and enrich their community.

Norwex’s donation will be used this year for a special event called Prom Boutique: A Fairy Godmother Evolution. Not only will the funds donated be used to sponsor this event, each mentee participating in the program will be gifted a free, gently used dress. Upcycling old dresses keeps fabric out of landfills and allows for a longer garment life cycle.

All funds raised go directly to the WCSCC OHuddle program. With contributions and hard work from Consultants like you, the Norwex Foundation can continue to make important changes for a cleaner, safer and better planet and community.

2024 Pricing Update

We are committed to bringing you the highest-quality products with the best materials and ingredients. Over the past year, we have continued to encounter rising costs in all facets of product manufacturing, from raw materials to transportation. ​ As a result, we must raise prices throughout our product lineup.

​New prices will go into effect at noon, CT, January 4. At that time, the new pricing will be reflected in the 2024 Catalog, on the website and on assets on The Resource.

​We have multiple increases throughout the catalog in North America with an average increase of $2-$3. In Canada, there are additional increases to align with the current exchange rate.​

​Previously, this announcement has created a great opportunity for you to reach out to your customers so they can purchase their favorite products before the new prices take effect.

Please make a note of our new two-tier shipping/handling rates which will launch simultaneously with our new website. This simplified structure is designed to provide clarity and incentivize larger orders. 

Tier 1: Orders under $50: $7.95

Tier 2: Orders $50 or more: $9.95

We will also be introducing new opportunities to make the shipping experience smoother and more rewarding including:

• Hosts can now enjoy Free Shipping as part of their Host program when they reach $250 and have a booking.

Norwex Foundation for a Brighter Future

Fight Hunger. Feed Hope.

We did it! As part of our annual campaign to help feed North America, we not only met, but exceeded, our goal to provide 100,000 nutritious meals to needy families.

The holidays are a particularly challenging time for the tens of millions who struggle with food insecurity. Throughout November, the Norwex Foundation for a Brighter Future donated $1 – the equivalent of 10 meals in the United States, eight meals in Canada – to our charity partners, Feeding America and Food Bank Canada, for every $250+ event.

Party for a Cause

We reached another exciting goal in October: 10,000 events to support breast and other cancers during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Once again, for every event with sales of $250 or more, Norwex donated $1 to our charity partners: Cancer Hope Network and Breast Cancer Canada.

Through the Norwex Foundation, we’re continuing to support our Mission to live cleaner, safer and better.

2024 Pricing Update

We are committed to bringing you the highest-quality products with the best materials and ingredients. Over the past year, we have continued to encounter rising costs in all facets of product manufacturing, from raw materials to transportation. ​ As a result, we must raise prices throughout our product lineup.

​New prices will go into effect at noon, CT, January 4. At that time, the new pricing will be reflected in the 2024 Catalog, on the website and on assets on The Resource.

​We have multiple increases throughout the catalog in North America with an average increase of $2-$3. In Canada, there are additional increases to align with the current exchange rate.​

​Previously, this announcement has created a great opportunity for you to reach out to your customers so they can purchase their favorite products before the new prices take effect.

Take your business on the go like never before. During the first few days of January, we’ll be launching our intuitive, mobile-friendly new website and Consultant Office. Here’s what you need to know:

• The cutoff for ordering is noon, CT, December 31, 2023. All events with sales over $0 will need to be closed out and submitted, and Host Rewards will need to be spent. Because rewards will not carry over to the new system, be sure to reach out to any Hosts to close out those events.
• A blackout period will begin at noon, CT, December 31, 2023, and last until the new site launches (no later than January 4, 2024). During this time, no sales will be accepted. In addition, all events with any sales must be closed out by noon, CT, December 31.
• Personal Shopping Sprees must be spent by noon, CT, December 31.
• You will be receiving Norwex News on January 1, 2024, with links to shareable January specials and incentives.
• Important NORI FAQ update: Previously, we provided information about how to update your contacts by editing their email. Unfortunately, within our current platform, the ability to do this isn’t working properly. To avoid any delays of the new system, we’re discontinuing any further updates.
