On the brink of our 30th anniversary, the vibe at last week’s Leadership Conference was nothing short of electric. And judging by the enthusiasm of close to 700 attendees, 2024 is going to be an exciting and rewarding year for our community of Consultants dedicated to a cleaner, safer, better way of life.

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new system, NORI! Like the excitement of moving into a new “home,” we’re aware there will be issues as we unpack and discover areas that need to be updated. This is to be expected with a launch and migration of this size.
We would love for you to dive right in – log into NORI, place orders and explore all the fantastic features it has to offer. In case you encounter any system issues, our awesome Customer Care Center (CCC) is ready to assist you at 866.450.7499 or customerservice@norwex.com. Your feedback is crucial in identifying – and swiftly fixing – any issues. It’s a team effort between Consultants and our Home Office Staff.
For a streamlined process, we’re collecting information solely through the CCC and not on Facebook or through other sources. This will allow us to compile information in the fastest and most detailed way possible.
When reaching out, please have the following details handy:
- Your name & Consultant ID
- Customer’s name and their email address
- Description of the issue you’re experiencing
- Device & browser info (phone – Android or iPhone; computer – specify browser)
- Order number if applicable
- Any extra information that could speed up the resolution process
- Screenshots and videos are also very helpful
