Onboarding Guide
Congratulations, a New Consultant has joined your Team! They’ve just received our Start Your Norwex Journey Guide, and you play a crucial role in their success. Follow these steps to get new Team Members off to a great start.
Introduce Step 1: Get Going
Guide your new Team Member through the Get Going section.
- Connect with them and use these questions: What excites you the most about Norwex? How much income would make a difference to your monthly budget? How many parties/events would you like to hold each month?
- Introduce Bright Start, highlighting the first goal ($400 in 15 days).
- Schedule a time to follow up.
- Become familiar with the Welcome Text Series to coach new Team Members who are offered the option to participate during sign-up.
Excitement outweighs the nerves of a new venture, so don’t wait to connect. A personal connection within 24 hours is best.
RECRUITER NOTES

- Go to Norwex.com to log into your Norwex Website with your email or Consultant ID
- Enter your bank details so you can get paid
- If you selected Office Suite, personalize your website 3 months free as a New Consultant)

Introduce Step 2: Get Excited
GAs you walk new Team Members through the Get Excited section, help them connect with our products and Mission.
- Ask: What excites you the most about sharing our mission of reducing chemicals?
- If their Starter Kit has arrived, encourage them to use their products and take before and after photos to share with family and friends.
- If they don’t have a kit but have any other products, encourage them to share those.
- Introduce the fun idea of an “unboxing” and ask if they have any questions.

Introduce Step 3: Get Earning
Did you know that New Consultants who hold launch events are 3 times more successful?
- Help them choose their date(s) and prepare for their launch parties
- Review how to create an event and refer them to the step-by-step video in their Start Your Norwex Business Guide
- Encourage them to start their invite list and share your best tips
- Ask if they’ve invited anyone to join them in the business
Walk them through how to redeem their Bright Start Bonus Package once they’ve earned it. (Orders > Create Personal Order > View All Offers. Remember, they receive free shipping on this order and can add other items as well.)

- Starting anything new is easier with a friend, so invite someone else to be in the business with you

- Help your Team Member master their skills with the new Party Share Cards and challenge them to do a butter demo with 5 friends.
- Ask if they have any questions.
Confidence, or lack thereof, can be the deciding factor for whether someone decides to keep going, or not. See the Party training on different types of parties.

- See where they are at in relation to their next Bright Start goal ($1k in 30 days)
- If they have not made it yet, create a plan with them. Will they have another party? Reach out individually to friends and family? Use Share a Cart? Be specific.
- Once they’ve achieved this next goal, CELEBRATE them big time!
- Rinse and repeat the steps in this guide
- When your new Team Members are ready to take the next step, continue on to our Grow Your Business Guide
