The Party Starter Kit is provided at no charge, except $9.99 shipping and handling plus tax where applicable, to a new Independent Consultant who generates personal retail sales of $1,000 or more during the first 30 days OR $2,000 or more during the first 90 days from the date of enrollment. A new Independent Consultant who fails to satisfy this criteria will be billed $200 plus tax. Norwex reserves the right to substitute or change kit contents based on availability.

Sharing Norwex is Easy with your Starter Kit!

If you ordered the Party Started Kit: everything you need to get started will be arriving in your kit! Check out the Party Starter Kit flyer to see your kit contents. Don’t miss the Party Cards that will be a great tool to teach you what to say.

If you ordered a Party Starter Kit – The time frame for delivery is between 3 and 5 business days after your Norwex Consultant Application & Agreement is submitted. Shipments can be tracked by visiting www.Norwex.biz, then navigate to My Orders > Order History > Order/Party ID Number. The tracking number is in the order. Or you may click on the truck icon next to the Order/Party ID. Note: this may take 24 hours to generate.

Consultants receive a 35% Discount on personal retail sales and product orders. You are also able to qualify for bonuses, gifts and rewards.

Consultant balances are processed to move all positive balances of more than $10 to be directly deposited into your bank account on the 10th and 22nd day of each month.

  • Sales accumulated between the 1st through 15th are processed on or around the 15th and paid on the 22nd of each month.
  • Sales accumulated between the 16th through 1st are processed on or around the 1st and paid on the 10th of each month.

Office Suite is your personal business management tool that gives you everything you need right at your fingertips! All new Consultants can try Office Suite and Office Suite Plus free for 60 days. These include access to your personal website where your Customers can place online orders. Use the Photofy App for sharing Norwex images and videos, newsletters sent directly to your contact list and more! All of these invaluable tools are available only to Office Suite members.

Login to your Consultant Office, then navigate to My Orders > Review or Edit an Open Order > Party Orders. Under Actions click on the Office Suite Party Link icon.

Norwex Independent Consultants are neither required to purchase nor required to carry any amount of inventory of Norwex products. Norwex provides all Host Rewards at no cost to Consultants.

A consultant who submits $250 in retail sales in a month is considered Engaged for that month only. A Consultant who maintains cumulative retail sales of $250 or more within a rolling three-month calendar cycle is considered Active. A Consultant who maintains cumulative retail sales of less than $250 within a rolling three-month calendar cycle is considered Inactive.
