🔔 Tech Updates: Clearer calculations, smarter coaching focus ⚙️

 

We’re excited to share three helpful updates to Back Office that will give you confidence in using Shop Offers and help you identify and track who on your team is on the rise.

• First, you’ll see improved clarity in how Shop Offers appear after an order is placed. The math now reflects how you already think about it, with discounts and shipping shown separately –while your final earnings stay the same.
• There’s also a new Watchlist feature in Reports. You can tag specific team members and quickly filter to see their activity, making it simpler to stay focused on who you’re coaching.
• And a new Grow Your Rising Stars report is rolling out to ESL Leaders and above that helps identify Consultants whose activity is trending positively toward Team Coordinator – with progress tracking built in.
