Warehouse and Shipping – Severe Weather Update

Monday, January 26th, 2026

 Due to severe winter storms, our Indianapolis (Indy) warehouse is closed today and will likely remain closed tomorrow.

Most counties in Indiana are currently restricting travel to emergency vehicles only, and it may take several days for roadways to be fully cleared and safe for operations to resume.

As a result:

  • Norwex deliveries may be delayed across the US
  • All carrier shipments will be delayed in states affected by the storms

We appreciate your patience as our teams and carrier partners prioritize safety. Thank you for helping set expectations with your customers during this weather event – we’ll continue to share updates as conditions change.
