Consultant Care Center hours

Contact the Consultant Care Center toll-free at 866-450-7499, or email ConsultantCare@Norwex.com. The Consultant Care Center is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., CT and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., CT.

Re-opt in for texts

If you haven’t already done so, please make sure to re-opt in to receive future texts with marketing communications.

Please text the word Norwex to 32636 to continue receiving important updates, such as Flash Sales and Consultant-only incentives. If you no longer wish to receive texts from Norwex, simply do nothing.

By subscribing to Norwex text messaging on 32636, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (e.g. Flash Sales) to the mobile number used at opt-in. Norwex Credit language update

What’s changing and why:

For tax and regulatory reasons, we are changing the Perks rewards term “Norwex Credit” to “Norwex Discount.” This will help ensure that all US and Canadian customers will not be charged taxes on their event orders. It also allows for consistent verbiage across all activities and events for customers/Hosts and Consultants.

Same Perks program, same great rewards.

Rest assured, this wording change will not affect the value or functionality of your Perks program rewards in any way. You will still enjoy the same benefits as before, just with a different rewards descriptor.

Norwex Credit, product credit and Shopping Spree will now be referred to as Norwex Discount.

References to your “Norwex Consultant Discount” (35% earnings) remain the same.

NORI system updates and issues

As we continue to refine the NORI system, we want to keep you up to date on what’s happening behind the scenes. Here’s a list of updates through March 25, 2024.

If you encounter any system issues, our Customer Care Center (CCC) is ready to assist you at 866-450-7499 or customerservice@norwex.com

To ensure a streamlined process, we’re collecting information solely through the CCC and not on Facebook or through other sources. This will allow us to compile information in the fastest and most detailed way possible.

When reaching out, please have the following details handy:

  • Your name & Consultant ID
  • Customer’s name and their email address
  • Description of the issue you’re experiencing
  • Device & browser info (phone – Android or iPhone; computer – specify browser)
  • Order number (if applicable)
  • Any additional information, screenshots and/or videos that could speed up the resolution process

Catalog coupon deadline

Encourage customers enrolled in your Customer Mailing Program to take advantage of the $10 off code – DEAL10 – featured in the Spring 2024 Catalog.

How to access the Norwex Print Portal:

  1. Visit and bookmark your Norwex ProShop: Norwex.OurProShop.com.
  2. To get started select “Create Account” and fill in your information. You must register as a new user. Your Vista login credentials do not apply.
  3. Log in, choose your locale and start customizing your Norwex marketing materials.
