Events
- Did you know that you now can rebook your Host? – The Host can be their own booking, using their own email address! This includes Consultants who self-host.
- The booking date must be 90 days after the close of the original event.
- Consultants can place an order as a “customer” – You can use your 50% off and free shipping but not “Norwex Discounts.” To spend your “Norwex Discounts” you will need to place it as a personal order.
- When entering a customer order, you now have the option to say: “I am placing this order.”
- Consultants can create an event with their Consultant email.
- Preferred Names are now showing on Events versus Legal Names.
- Previously, when you closed an event and there were $0 sales, it was treated as a deleted event, and rewards were clawed back if it was used as the Booking on another event. Going forward, no clawbacks will happen whether or not there were sales on that event.
- Events summary view has a note called “Referral Event” – this is the original event you booked from.
- You can now change the date of your event even if the date has passed.
Orders
- “Share A Cart” orders not attached to an event will now be attributed to the Consultant’s self-hosted event (if one is open)
- Reports Updates
- Consultants can export the Archived orders (does not include the email and phone number yet)
- TRM – Added Consultant ID to Consultant search.
- TRM – New Filter “Commissionable Downline.”
- TRM – A new column was added to show the level of your team members (0 = personal, 1 = Level 1, 2 = Level 2, etc.)
- TRM – Filters – Expand all by default.
- TRM – Using only abbreviated titles to make it easier to read.
- TRM – Profile tab includes new columns for leaders (Red & Black Jacket)
Contacts
- Added phone number to contact search.
- When you receive the copy of your customer order, the Email Subject line now says: “You have a new Order!” Versus “Thank you for your order”. This will help you quickly see this is a customer email, not a personal order.
Miscellaneous
- When your customer creates a new account, they can set their Preferred Consultant immediately.
- Customer Account Creation – We’ve added a country dropdown menu to the account creation form, which defaults to the store detected based on the customer’s location but allows the user to change it if necessary. This should help ensure the user signs up with the correct country.
Sign up
- New Consultants can change their sponsor during the enrollment flow as well as at the end.
NORI App
- You can now see your message history with any contact for messages you’ve sent through the app!
- You will receive a notification 5 days before the customers’ credits expire.
- You will see a count of unread notifications.
- The links to The Resource & Training open with the correct country & language
- You can now open a template, edit it, and save it as your own template.
